    <tooltip>bit 2 - since firmware 1.13.112. Two CVs control this one function: this NMRA-standard bit, and the older D&amp;H "Railcom Dynamic Channel" (CV144 bit 0), which D&amp;H still support. Setting either one activates dynamic channel use.</tooltip>
